We represent developers, sponsors, investment funds, and private investors in complex real estate transactions. That includes acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, preferred equity, mezzanine and senior financing, and leasing for single assets and multi-property portfolios. We handle legal due diligence, entity and JV structuring, title and survey issues, and closing mechanics. Our practice is equally comfortable with U.S. domestic deals and inbound investment from Latin America and Europe, with an emphasis on risk allocation, closing certainty, and a structure that works for the capital stack.

We represent developers, investment funds, sponsors, operators, businesses, and private investors in connection with complex real estate transactions. We handle title matters and provide title insurance. We advise clients on acquisitions, sales, financings, and any other capital events. We have wide experience in negotiating with bank and private lenders on behalf of our clients. Our real estate practice is nationwide and covers all asset classes, including multifamily, senior living, hotels, and retail centers. We also advise several major real estate developers in Miami and help them with every real estate aspect, from site acquisition through completed construction.
