Corina is a multilingual corporate counsel with over 15 years of global experience across top international law firms and a leading nonprofit.
She is dually trained in civil and common law and has extensive experience advising private sector clients on M&A, financing, contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy and security, intellectual property, technology and other major corporate transaction.  She is known for being a highly skilled relationship-builder and friend-maker with the ability to understand business needs and find creative solutions.

Prior to joining Next Legal, she was a senior general counsel at UNICEF (a multi-billion dollar global enterprise) where she advised senior leaders, executives, and business teams on a broad range of complex cross-border legal matters. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP and Debevoise and Plimpton LLP in New York where she focused on corporate matters and international dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis in Latin America.

Corina received her law degree from University of Vienna and her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where she focused on international dispute resolution and international commercial law.Corina’s native languages are German, Spanish, and Portuguese, she is fluent in English and speaks basic French. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
