Daniel Beyer is an attorney in the Real Estate Department of NEXT Legal. His practice primarily focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, working with a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, healthcare operators, and businesses.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Daniel received his B.A. from the University of Richmond, magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Society and graduated with a Concentration in Transactional Law. While in law school, Daniel completed a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida for the Hon. Judge Beth Bloom, where he co-authored an article published by the Florida Bar. Prior to joining NEXT Legal, Daniel gained valuable experience working in the legal department of a national real estate private equity firm, helping facilitate acquisitions in the senior living space.
