As business-oriented and pragmatic lawyer, Juan Pablo advises clients using the most efficient approach possible, keeping an eye on the business objective and cutting through transactional costs during complex deals and negotiations.

As a multi-jurisdictional transactional attorney, Juan Pablo advises clients on domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity investments, corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, and general corporate governance matters.
